Quickly jump to other pages

PDF Reader Pro allows users to view large files. Scrolling up and down the pages by one finger makes viewinf files convenient.

When you are viewing a file with numerous pages, you can also tap "Jump to Page" at the lower right corner.

Then enter the page number you want to view:

Search keyword within a PDF file

If you want to search for a keyword within a PDF file, please tap "Text Search" at the menu.


Key in the keyword in the space and tap "Search".

The search result will be marked with yellow circles.



You can jump to other keywords or quit searching by tapping these two functions at the lower right menu.

Copy and paste text from a PDF file

Tap the screen, hold for 2 seconds, and you will see the pop-up menu.

Tap the arrow and then the "Text Select" button. Drag your finger on the screen to mark the text you want to include.


Mark the text you want to copy with your finger and you will see another function menu.

Find and tap "Copy".


Then you can paste it anywhere you need (e.g. Notes)

Text Reflow

If you want to view a PDF file in text form, tap "Text Reflow" at the lower right corner menu.


You will see the PDF file converted to text form.


Tap Settings. You can adjust the fonts, font size, and also the speed of Autoscroll.


Tap "Searching" if you want to search for a word within the text form.


The searching result will be marked with highlight.

View password-protected PDF files

Password-protected PDF files are supported by PDF Reader Pro.

You can download password-protected PDF files through the built-in browser and read them.

View/enable Thumbnail

Thumbnail can help you glance the content of your PDF files.

Tap the lower left menu and select "View B/O/T".

You will see the list of thumbnails.

A single tap on the target thumbnail will immediately lead you to the page.

Check outline (Table of Content) of PDF files

To view the outline of a PDF file, please tap "View Outline " at the lower left menu
(only if the PDF file contains an outline).

Auto Flow

Want to concentrate on your reading? Auto Flow is the best helper.

PDF files will be automatically scrolled down (line by line) when you're reading.

You can find this feature at the lower right menu.

Tap it to lock/unlock the Auto Flow function.

In General Settings, you can adjust Time Interval and Jump Space of Auto Flow.

Bounce Vertical/Horizontal

You can find this function at the lower right menu.

Tap it to lock/unlock horizontal scrolling.


By locking horizontal scrolling, you will only be able to drag pages vertically.

Tapping any corner of the Tap Zone will move the page vertically too.

Access iOS 5 dictionary/Google/Wikipedia searching NEW

Tap and select the text you want to search in a PDF file.

You will see a pop-up menu. Tap "Search".

 

You can search what you just selected through the built-in dictionary (only for iOS 5 or later), Google, or Wikipedia.
