Troubleshooting:
** Don't let your iPhone go to sleep mode when you want to upload a file.
If you can't connect to your iPhone's pdf server website, you can open the Terminal and type "telnet 192.168.0.2 8080" to see if the network is reachable. The following figure shows that the upload site is reachable, otherwise it might be blocked by your firewall or network setting on your desktop environment or wifi access point. And You need to reboot your router once you change the firewall configuration.

For Windows user, you can run cmd.exe and type as the following.

When you see the black window with nothing but a cursor, it means that the upload site is reachable without blocking by firewall

This figure shows that the upload site is not reachable. Please check your wifi and firewall again.

If you have tried everything but in vain:
Please shut down your iPhone completely and turn it on again. Then, open Safari on iPhone and go to any website to see if your WiFi works, and come back to open PDF Reader and try it again. If it still doesn't work, please try it with other browsers or WiFi environments. All Troubleshooting tips are feedback collected from our customers.
